My boyfriend wants to now how he can comfort me when im on my period? any ideas?!?

wel im 16, and He's 17, we ave been going out for 3 years now! Anyway i get very heavy periods, and I get terribly sore cramps, and i always Feel like crap when im on my period, My Boyfriend Always Feels Awkward around me when im on them because he notices the pain im in! He keeps asking me What should he do to comfort me and ease the pain?! Does Any one no anyways He could Comfort me, so i can tel him next time he asks? So he wont feel as awkward!?
