Phyllis, Daniel & Lucy?

That's not a bad idea,but Daisy has to be found first and then they have to get her to sign over custody to Lucy. That wont be easy. Billy and Victoria can adopt another baby the legal way. I guess I really don't want Billy to leave the show. There have to be a lot of changes before baby Lucy is settled down in a loving home.
