Y&R-Do you think they will throw Daisy in jail?

Well, technically she should be..the arrangement originally back in December 2010 was that Daisy was put into the custody of Phyllis Summers for the remainder of her pregnancy after which she was ordered to return to the Genoa City Jail. But Daniel told his mother that Daisy was moving to his place so that his sister, Summer Newman, could stay with their mom. Michael and Danny later went to Canada to have Daisy arrested..she has broken the law over and over, and though the spoiler states "Daisy and Phyllis arrive at the courthouse with Leslie to get Daisy's parental rights reinstated just as everyone is celebrating the adoption being official." I'm very surprised Phyllis would want to help her after she came close to killing her son Danny, I'm sure there's ways to pursue custody of the the baby without Daisy..what kind of judge would even listen to Daisy..CrAzY Stuff, but I love it. :)
