What caused it and how do i cure it?

basically around my lips is red and my mouth feels hard to open and it feels itchy when i itch it it gets more red so i try not to and my outer lips are little wrinkly. its like a little light rash. and got dry skin all around.what caused it any ideas? ive had it for a month now. and went to my doctor and he told my to wear lipsore i have tried that but doesnt work so then one of my friends told my to wear diprobase wel i am using that at the moment. have you got anyother creams i could wear? please.
