My keyboard's acting weird?

it won't let me do two leters in a row, like two t's lol. wel, it prety much won't let me use two keys twice in a row, including the backspace, spacebar, enter, and any other key. I'm not sure if it's some seting that I changed or something. has this hapened to anyone else?!
