Getting married in 2mths and no bridesmaid dresses?

One thing that you can do as a last resort (I had my bridesmaids do this) is have them each buy/wear a black dress that they would actually wear again. This way you don't have to pay for them. Just make sure the dress would look good with a ribbon tied around the waist. Then, provide a ribbon (one of your wedding colors) for them to tie around their waist. This turned out very chic for my wedding.
