I think Lucy should of stay with Billy and Victoria too..Phyllis is a mean person, I hope Phyllis will see what she done to Billy and Victoria marriage..and once she realizes what she done she may give Lucy back..but who knows how much anger/guilt is in Phyllis these days..=)
