Should Phyllis just leave it alone on the Y&R?

I understand Phyllis wanting Lucy to grow up knowing her family, but you can't make your son be a father if he does not want too. Daniel is trying to give Lucy the life she deserves thanks to her crazy mother Daisy. But Phyllis does need to let it go, she's like a bunch of rabies dogs.
