You're probably just irritated a bit too much. How long have you had this irritation? If it's been more than a few days and you haven't been sexually active with your BF since this happened, then I would call your doctor. If it hasn't been a few days, give yourself some time to heal by refraining from intercourse or any other activity that will irritate you and see if you feel better.
