Y&R...talk about a catch 21....?

Now that Daniel has signed over his legal rights as a father to Lucy and has let Victoria and Billy keep the baby I have to say Victor has a grandfather. He wil definitely look after her well.Phylis says she is not going to stop trying to get Lucy...we will have to see..with Phylis you never know what to expect.
